In addition to events and classes — keep an eye out as coursework and discussions often pop up online! — there are many ways to get involved with the Berkman Center's work and community. We have several cool research assistant/intern positions open right now, from malware threat mapping for StopBadware.org, to legal research for the Citizen Media Law Project, and lots in between — not to mention a fellowship and a staff opening.

Academic Year Intern/Research Assistant Information and Eligibility:
* Interns/RAs do not have to be students.
* Interns/RAs do not have to be affiliated with Harvard University, with the exception of people in the United States on Visas - we can only employ those whose Visas have been sponsored by Harvard, and unfortunately can not pay international students from other universities. We do not have the ability to provide authorization to work in the U.S.
* We are unable to hire Interns/RAs who live and will conduct their work outside of the state of Massachusetts.
* The typical wage is $11.50 per hour.
* Time commitments typically, but do not always, range from 8-12 hours per week.
