Defendant Microsoft Corporation, by its undersigned counsel, hereby moves this Court based upon the accompanying Memorandum in Support of Its Motion for Summary Rejection of the Government’s Breakup Proposal, for an Order in the form annexed hereto summarily rejecting paragraphs 1 and 2 of Plaintiffs’ Proposed Final Judgment.
