Wolf a DPhil student at the Oxford Internet Institute working on the interaction between law and technology. He is particularly interested in new approaches to copyright law reflecting the potential of p2p file-sharing.

Before devoting most of his time to academic life he worked as a strategy consultant specializing in IT strategy and IT infrastructure transformation.
