Namiand is currently an MBA student at Oxford University - Said Business School and prior to this was a manager at Honda in the UK and in Japan.

Having been an initial unbeliever, he is now very firmly 'hooked' on the internet and wondering whether attending a course entitled 'Media Strategies for a Networked World' is going to help or hinder his chances of going cold turkey.

He currently writes a blog of his MBA experience (Andrew's MBA Diaries) and claims that they are for the following reasons:

1. It is writen weekly (on a Sunday) as it draws a neat line between one week and the next.

2. It constantly reminds him how much he has learnt since starting the course.

3. It efficently communicates his trials and tribulations to friends and family (without the need to email them one by one).

4. It provides would-be students with a real account of what happens in Oxford during an MBA.
