Combining some academic background and more real-life experience as Consultant, Strategy Director, CFO and media company start-up founder to think about how we apply strategy to the world of media & comms. Adding in some classic texts and using real-life examples to initiate class discussion in a field where not only the distribution methods are changing but the product itself is changing.
