* Supply side – new reporting techniques, new authors, new sources, translation/re-packaging
* Demand side – specialized outlets, new distribution structures, changing mindset within existing media structures, mechanisms for stimulating/demonstrating demand from public
* Funding – examples of for-profit, non-profit, other alternatives
