The coherence comes from translating the punch list into a self-sovereign agent that can evolve into doing the things on the punch list one by one. Right now, we're all building our own house, very few of us are adding to another's project.

The money is tough. In my experience, the tech you get is determined by the financing you accept. A self-sovereign project can't compete for investment with ones based on surveillance capitalism.
