It seems to me that as long as this kind of thing is a service that runs on someone else's server, it's not structurally VRMy. It becomes VRMy when the voice recognition happens locally, and then that is used to intent cast - if I'm doing a commercially related transaction search. Personal or health or other searches should be secure etc....
