Chris did a great job at this ThinkTank event “The Future of Retail.” The interesting outcome I walked away with was how much basic knowledge that retailers in the trenches lack regarding building and maintaining better customer experience and better conversations allowing them to stay “with the consumer” and not just the trends.

From the back of the house operation to the front of the house displays, a good number of workshops could be developed and deployed in the name of better VRM.

I presented 2 weeks ago at Mastercard here in NYC about the future of retail. My topic was Benefits of the Privacy-Conscious Organization which touched on some VRM topics: giving users more control of their privacy, more transparent relationship with retailers.
