Would like to use the same kind of app -- sample boilerplate VRM-y terms and conditions -- for real estate use cases.  If anyone has an app they'd like to test, gladly try to seed engagement with "ordinary" homebuyers and sellers with this MeetUp:

I'm looking for good sample boilerplate VRM-y terms and conditions as a starting point for our user agreements. I'm sure there's a resource I'm overlooking, but, well, I'm overlooking it. Any help?

Thanks in advance.
