[projectvrm] VRM user-friendly T&Cs?

My organization, Tennessee Data Commons, is piloting its tool to use personal information to help users set goals and be connected with human service resources. 

I'm looking for good sample boilerplate VRM-y terms and conditions as a starting point for our user agreements. I'm sure there's a resource I'm overlooking, but, well, I'm overlooking it. Any help?
