I am not convinced that this is an example that demonstrates the value
of VRM. I think the indicator measuring user intent this way, is - at
best - an interpretation of observed panel behavior. It may give a
correlation that works for you, but it is far from causality.

The company offers a service to protect advertisers from click fraud.
Their criteria for a valid click are three, the third "Valid Intent -
Did they actually want to browse your site after clicking on your ad?"
I have no idea how they verify but I bet a VRM tool would be more
effective than a CAPTCHA.
