I thought I was reading The Onion when I read the NYT article your link is
responding to.  Kept having to check the URL.  NYT? Yup.  Not The Onion?
Nope.  Is this guy on drugs?  Probably.

But it speaks to the uphill battle VRM is waging that the "VRMy" perspective
is still the rebellious outsiders and the "Bring Back The Suits" POV is run
in NYT without any hint of the mockery it deserves.
