I too want to thank everyone who came to the event. Part 2, our Immersion Day, is today.Nathan, good point about the main home page -- extensive contact info is on our info site at http://info.respectnetwork.com/. But we need to integrate a contact link on the home page.=DrummondOn Tue, Jun 24, 2014 at 3:07 AM, Nathan Schor < " target="_parent"> > wrote:Doc,
Thanks for heads up on RN new site. On a quick pass RN’s site looks great and communicates compelling reasons why folks should sign up. But at the end, perhaps an oversight.

Notable by its absence is *contact info*. It’s omission doesn’t communicate willingness to converse, so isn’t aligned with trust. Including multiple ways to communicate – email, snail mail, Twitter, and especially phone number – sends a subtle but very effective signal that you’re ready and waiting for a two-way conversation. Even more, that message should be prominent on top left besides its usual location at bottom.
I was also surprised there was not nothing about the world tour on the home page.
