Hi all,

Wondering if anyone here has any thoughts: I've been wondering whether there are there any useful examples of how a VRM way of thinking can be achieved by changing enterprise behaviour. For example, by creating a culture inside a big corporate like Coke or P&G that forces (in a sense) employees to think of how their own data is used, and therefore to come up with better ways of interacting with their external audience? Could this be achieved through enterprise software?

Can't seem to find any relevant case studies on Google so thought it was worth asking.

Best,
Anjali
