Yes, great article! I'm having discussions with a number of friends at enterprise customers to raise awareness of Personal Clouds and the need for them to make data available. The objective is to get them to either attach a machine-readable XML file to existing e-receipts, or to open an API to the same data. I have already begun referring these people to the article so they can pass it up the food chain to inform these discussions.
