Bruce is a freshly minted fellow at the Berkman Center, though I've known him
for several years, mostly through the speaking & conference circuit.

What he told me at the Berkman open house on Monday was in the midst of much
noise, and I'm not sure I got it all right — beyond what I've already said.

He's working on a paper (or a post, or a something) right now, and told me
he'd like to hold off on more public statements until he gets that one out
there.

He also said it would be soon. So stay tuned.
