Drummond,

If you visit this link, you will see that "Real estate is about
relationships" emerged as the mantra at the leading real estate
technology conference this past week in SF:
http://twazzup.com/?q=%23ICSF+relationships&plrRadio=all&l=all

Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com, and Redfin were all asked to predict,
“Where will the real estate industry be in 5 years?” Zillow’s
envisions:

"a completely open ecosystem in the future built on APIs that collaborate"

Zillow has surpassed the 50 million monthly unique users on mobile and
web twice this year, and my understanding is that 30 million
homeowners have already tweaked their property description on their
site:

Does that suggest that homeowners will someday manage the digital
identity of their homes and their real estate personas via their
Personal Cloud? That's my hope, and homebuyers appear to hacking
together their own DIY IntentCasting. You can read more about that
emerging trend on this blog post, which tried to play off Doc's CRM /
VRM dance metaphor:

Are DIY homebuyers & sellers already doing the IntentCast Dance?
