Doc, I wasn't able to read these last week due to being at Cloud Identity Summit in Napa, but I just caught up with them both and they are killer. 

As we get further into marketing the personal cloud space, it is precisely this case about where relationship management is going that will start winning over businesses. In some ways it feels just like the dawn of CRM 15 years ago. Only this time, it will be a new customer-side tool (the personal cloud) instead of a new vendor-side tool (the CRM system).
