Also try BuzzPhraser: <http://www.buzzphraser.com>. Set the pull-down menu 
for "Language" to "IdentoLatin." This was done in 2001 or so. BuzzPhraser 
itself dates back to the early 90s when it was written in HyperCard. The 
current version is a late '90s hack.

Dack's Web Economy Bullshit Generator (click "make bullshit") dates in its 
current form from the late '90s as well.
