Thanks!The (possibly dumb) "Hmm" for me is that I use multiple devices, and on this one here (a laptop) I use five different browsers. If the site is aware of the customer, that awareness should transcend the devices and the interacting software, no?
I guess if I shake hands with a site identifying myself by email address to start, get a relationship going, and then show up with other devices and connection software, the ceremony you describe in the paragraphs below the graphic will take care of things. Is that the case?
