Interesting piece of privacy tech: a third-party
cookie permission setting in the about:permissions
page. I'm seeing it in Firefox 18.

There's a bunch of useful work going on in the guts
of the browser, and "Allow First Party Only" for
cookies is a good step. That wiki page has some
notes on future directions. I think Erin Griffith
is probably right on the big picture...
