It's an issue. From the campaign perspective, this is a huge leap forward: the business of block walking requires access to the voterfile, and an ability to distribute that access to volunteers would feel like manna from heaven - the campaign perspective would totally lose the privacy issue that's so obvious to us.

I think a solution would be to put the voterfile records behind an authentication point and control access to that data, which should be doable enough. Wondering if anyone's suggested that to 'em?
