[projectvrm] ProjectVRM wiki changes, and weeding

I'm at the Berkman geek cave going over the changes we're making to the wiki:

First, we're restricting editing capability to users who have been verified 
by me or somebody I designate. So, if you want to edit the wiki (which I 
recommend), email me and I'll turn on your editing powers.

We have over a thousand "users" of the wiki. Most of them are spammers.

All but the ones I've added back in (because I recognize your handles) are 
now disabled.

So far I'm up to the letter D in adding editors back in.

The wiki needs a lot of weeding. If you're interested in helping with that, 
let me know. And let me know if I missed turning you back on as a user/editor.
