Thankyou Anandan

I really like the three vectors idea - if ok I will ‘borrow' that in a future set of thoughts smile.png

In other places I have talked about the corporate shift in thinking that is needed to move from 'Vendor Efficient Supply Chains' to 'Customer Effective Demand Networks’.

the three vectors plays well into that narrative.

John, Great article and congratulations.

It will be cool if we can say:

I am my own system of record.
i.e. I own all the data about myself.

I am my own system of engagement.
i.e. I determine when and how I engage with my current supplier relationships.

I am my own system of discovery.
i.e. I determine when I need to discover new supplier relationships and attract the right suppliers to my orbit at that time.

In totality, the three vectors provide agency for the customer. But, it will need supply side systems and actors to play ball and actively participate. Which they will when there is enough pull.
