| You should see the “camera.” It’s a beat-up iPhone 4s with a broken screen and a non-working battery. It’s tilted a bit because it’s weighed down on the power connection side of the tripod by a heavy extension cord.
I’m impressed at how well Periscope works, considering that I never used this device before (my cousin gave it to me as a cast-off this summer), was new to Periscope, and knew close to nothing about how to make it work. And had a heck of a time logging into Twitter (Periscope’s parent) through a screen spider-webbed with cracks. But, amazingly: success.

If a livestream or virtual channel of any sort is offered, can you update us here or on Twitter?
Is there a way for Virtual VRM participants to provide our own updates?
Here's my virtual intro / update:
Thanks to Adrian's introduction, looks like a real estate track will be added MIT's upcoming FutureCommerce Hack.
That event will enable participation online and off, and I've offered to seed participation before and after. Eager to link to / collaborate with anyone interested in housing or real estate at VRM Day & IIW even if not there in person.
