I expect this to be the case. And, fwiw, the network has been less hosed during recent IIWs than during earlier ones.
So let’s try to set something up. FWIW, I have a spare iPhone 4s with a broken screen that otherwise works fine. It isn’t associated with a cellular network, but could use wi-fi.
