5. The "Maker Movement" and the language of computer code underpin our reform efforts. People are the most important part of technology, and teachers sharing Human wisdom is a requirement for effective utilization of artificial intelligence, and should never be "replaced" by it. A day is soon approaching when the ability to differentiate an artificial intelligence bearing a corporate structure with legal living Rights from a Human actor with not-so-equal Rights will bring new meaning to this point. Our objective as "makers" and builders of technology-driven outcomes will be challenged to empower people as Individuals, or risk devaluing our Society's masses. Our schools must understand what is happening, and more importantly, help young minds participate in healthy ways, both personally and as members of our local/global communities.
