The other "win" from blockchain technology is
connecting the supply and demand for violence. There
are plenty of people who are willing to take
substantial risks to inflict violence on others,
and plenty of people who have an interest in having
it done, but the problem for that market so far is
trust -- an assassin on the open market has a greater
expected return from turning in the client than from
doing the contracted work.

A more efficient system based on blockchain technology
might work "better"...
