Hi Doc,
We're already on the mailing list ;) Also, the Web of Needs project ist
listed in the wiki
http://cyber.law.harvard.edu/projectvrm/VRM_Development_Work
Indeed, the project has a lot in common with the idea of VRM. The most
prominent common feature is intentcasting, but we also address identity,
privacy, and we're hoping to be able to integrate with personal data
stores. Also, you might like the fact that we mention VRM and the Live
Web in a paper:

We're working on a demonstrator here:
http://researchstudio-sat.github.io/webofneeds/
When it's ready, it will be a set of web applications - free for anyone
to install - which will form an intentcasting and communication network
that includes matching services to pick up the intents and inform their
respective owners.
We'll let you know when it's ready for you to take a closer look.
Having said that, any kind of feedback or ideas for cooperations are
very welcome!
Cheers,
Florian
