Thanks. I also got several other pointings to the piece this morning. Word gets around.

I’ve spoken with John Naughton, who wrote the piece, a number of times over the years. I believe his quote from me is from notes he took back when The Intention Economy came out, in 2012. 

He does understand VRM well, and that helps.
