No legit, voluntary transaction is zero-sum, but the
optimal outcome for the vendor and customer is seldom
the same. How to get a better price for Internet
service in the USA? That's right, call to cancel...

Give the vendor the right "contextual information" and
the customer goes from $29/mo to $51/mo (or whatever).

(In live, real-world markets, concealing any interest
you might have is common...you check the products out,
walk away, maybe come back...Graham, would you show
the rug merchant your shopping list?)
