Two stories in the Boston Globe / Boston.com this week demonstrate
that DIY homebuyers are already using old-school techniques to
express their intentions directly to homeowners outside the
broker-controlled MLS:

Ironically, it's the potential DISCONNECT between millions of
babyboomers who INTEND to downsize and the limited purchasing power
of "generation broke" who INTEND to buy at some point in the future
that could create a marketplace for IntentCasting in real estate.
Some fear that gap could create the next down cycle in the
housing market, and have dubbed it, "The Great Senior
Sell-Off."

So, eager to collaborate with others to build VRM / IntentCasting
tools to enable both homebuyers and sellers to interact directly to
(1) expand opportunities, (2) align timeframes, (3) minimize
transactions costs and (4) maximize home equity.
Since that's a potential WIN-WIN, hope that babyboomers and
millennials will both be highly motivated to become Intention
Generations empowered by Intention Generators!
