Intentcasting and tracking are applications of Information Processing Technology to assist vendors and customers make more effective, lower cost transactions.    

Vendors should track customers and let them know what they have to sell.  Customers should track vendors and let them know what they want.  VRM gives customers the tools to assist them carry out their side of the transaction.  VRM needs to work closely with Vendors.  They are partners in the same dance. They are not opponents in a boxing ring.
