[projectvrm] Loosely related to VRM

Hi All,

Writing to ask a favor that is somewhat in the realm of VRM:

I've posted this petition at WhiteHouse.gov

Reform the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act to reflect the realities of 
computing and networks in 2013.

How is this VRM?  well.. posting a petition to ask for what I want in 
gov seems VRM-y (even if still in the client server model)...

as does reforming this overreaching law that governs our networks ...
