Just be careful what you wish for.
What is crowd-sourced credibility to an innovator?
Would crowd-sourced wisdom have allowed for the 4 minute mile to be achieved? All those experts thought lungs would explode. How about a combustion engine that goes over 30mph? Nope, horses for all.
Individuals prove things all the time that the masses "think" are impossible... especially "experts".
Tools like this have their place...just not in substitute for good inner-intelligence... aka un-common sense. Build this tool and the next one will be about proving where the crowd is fool-hardy. Its an endless cycle.
You just can't make some things easier on yourself. Like thinking. Its hard work when its done right.

He is working on developing sentence level annotation for the
web.
I wrote a post with a bit more about it and a link to his Kickstarter
campaign.
