Thx Doc.

Closed Loyalty is a serious issue. Highlighting why we need a "business (reverse) book."

Here is an article about how discriminating it is.  Supermarkets have been scrambling to cater to the wealthiest shoppers ever since researchers discovered that 75% of a store’s profits come from the top 30% of its customers.

Closed Loyalty cards are used to discriminate and it is having a big impact.   The idea of a Customer Union based on Open Loyalty is perhaps a practical way to discuss rights in VRM terms.

Best Regards / Mark

I love "open loyalty" and how it repositions existing vendor-driven "loyalty" as closed. Nice. I like reversing 'book as well. More later.
