A short suggestion on my part to perhaps optimize the email communication for VRM lurkers and active disciples:
Would you consider it useful to create a seperate 'digest'-list for people that are interested in the early outcomes of the VRM development, but can not follow the standalone discussions?
I think it would be a good way to keep the group of interested followers intact (or grow it) and you don't have to hold back in your use of the regular mailinglist. It's some extra effort to summarize some progressions and put it on a seperate list, but I believe it will benefit the VRM community quite a bit.
