Yesterday I attended the DPAC III Conference in NYC and there was a panel discussion moderated by Henry Blodgett that touched on "who owns the consumer." One of the panelists reminded everyone that "the consumer owns the consumer." I spoke briefly to Blodgett afterwards and suggested he look into ProjectVRM and consider letting the consumer in on the discussion.
