Umair is remapping the strategic imperative for businesses, not because 
it more moral to do business the way he talks about it--it is--but 
because it is an economic necessity.

A few things in the talk don't quite make sense yet, but what does is 
electrifying and definitely in the VRM direction.

A must see, IMO.
