Hi Julie,

This is another interesting research idea. Have you though about looking at how different cultures may view the humanitarian crisis in North Korea? In my very limited knowledge of the subject, I know that China as been a “friend” to North Korea, and if China’s public perception has been swayed in a certain direction because of the amount of online content that is regulated in China? I think all of your other ideas are well-thought and valid and will be looking forward to reading more about this.MJG71 16:39, 4 March 2014 (EST)
