I think the top three Challenges of the Internet are
1. Network neutrality - telco's dictating to me what traffic is good / bad, and given that, what I'd have to pay more for to use the 'bad' apps 2. Governments tapping and spying on the internets users 3. Government's using the internet as a battlefield (cyberwar).
