- There is a new net neutrality bill, H.Res.5353 introduced by Ed Markey(D-MA) today. It doesn't seem to be available through Thomas yet, but the text of the bill is available through freepress.net. There will be a public hearing on the issues at 10am on February 26 at Harvard Law School, open to the public.
