I&#039;m Mark Egerman, currently a 3L. Before law school, I was a student at the School of Computer Science at CMU, where I became interested in a number of the issues involving the intersection of computing and society. I was the first student in a program known as [http://www.cs.cmu.edu/tcingc/|Technical Consulting in the Global Community] and was sent to Rarotonga for a few months to help network the island&#039;s hospital. I then went to the University of Cambridge for a master&#039;s in development studies and remain interested in issues about ICT for development. <br /> <br /> In addition to international concerns, I&#039;ve become interested in the intersection of sex equality, technical innovation, free speech, and access to information in the context of pseudononymous bulliten boards. After I graduate, I plan on starting my own public interest law firm and may find myself litigating some of these issues. Sorry if I sue you.</div>
