• We are needed in the DNSO to provide balance

• The Internet *is* about Individuals

• The DNSO is the result of the “Singapore” compromise. It had no objection to an IDNO constituency , but David Maher and the anti-Paris Draft group had to be accommodated.. The result was the slanted 7 “constituency” interest bloc. The Non-comm group is not credibly apart from the registries, registrars and business group.
