Harvard Open Access Project (HOAP)

Goals

To foster OA within Harvard, foster OA beyond Harvard, undertake research and policy analysis on OA, and provide OA to timely and accurate information about OA itself.

Policy consultations

Time permitting, HOAP is available to consult with universities and funding agencies at any stage in developing an OA policy, for example, to help with language, strategy, and frequently heard questions, objections, and misunderstandings. These consultations are entirely pro bono and in confidence. If you're interested, please [mailto:peter.suber@gmail.com contact Peter Suber].

Updates

Some of HOAP's work is confidential, for example, consulting with institutions about their OA policies. For the rest of our work, see our periodic public updates.
