HOAP's primary objective in developing TagTeam is to enhance the Open Access Tracking Project (OATP), which moved to TagTeam in September 2012. However, HOAP is developing TagTeam as a general-purpose tool useful for social-tagging projects on any topic. The development is funded by the Harvard Library Lab.
