Harvard Open Access Project (HOAP) April 2014 Update, Public Version

Welcome to the HOAP discussion list! This list is designed to share monthly updates, conversations, and information about the Harvard Open Access Project. Some of HOAP's work is confidential, such as consulting with institutions about their OA policies. The public updates therefore provide information on the rest of our work.

These updates are publicly available for community members, partners, and other interested parties. Feel free to share them with your networks.

  • HOAP's primary objective in developing TagTeam is to enhance the Open Access Tracking Project (OATP), which moved to TagTeam in September 2012. However, HOAP is developing TagTeam as a general-purpose tool useful for social-tagging projects on any topic. The development is funded by the Harvard Library Lab.
