Pharos - Organization and Governance

Pharos will be built and organized around principles. It will have two bodies, the board of directors and the day-to-day team. The first will be responsible for establishing Pharos' guiding principles, and developing them to address changing situations and difficult situations. The implementation team will oversee the functioning of the site, protect the security of the submissions and the published content, and network with other actors who may help promote secure submissions and provide Pharos with contextual information to supply alongside the video.
