A number of countries have solicited advisory reports on the state of governmental oversight and the affect of intellectual property issues concerning genetic testing. These reports were prepared independently in the United States, Europe, and Australia. Each report addressed issues specific to each countries’ intellectual property and regulatory schemes.

Due to the length of the summaries and discussion, each country report has it's own page (linked below). This page will summarize the concerns identified and the conclusions reached by these country reports.
